Compete ,Contrast ,compare?

1 Samuel 19:9-10
[9]Then an evil spirit from the Lord came upon Saul as he sat in his house with his spear in his hand; and David was playing [the lyre] with his hand.
[10]Saul sought to pin David to the wall with the spear, but he slipped away, so that Saul struck the spear into the wall. Then David fled and escaped that night.
They are things that are so weird from the scene above as in they have no logical explanation 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 ok come to think of it David’s mind was on playing the harp and when playing the harp you have to look at it so you don’t make any mistake , as in you are playing for the king 👑

Now the Bible records the spear which Saul who his very good at aiming his enemies because he has been in the army missed David whose full attention was on the harp 😲😲😲😲. Trust me they was another hand in the room which caused Saul to miss and that’s the hand of God.

If you where In David’s position what will you do I am pretty sure it comes to the fact of seeing others as Rivals. If you love competing you will assume you managed to dodge the spear in your ability eventually you will get the spear from the wall and strike it back at Saul

“Flattery may make you feel good but it’s the truth that makes you look good”

But If you don’t see others as Rivals and you know the calling upon your life is without Rivals not even Saul can remove it like David you will understand they was another hand in the room which saved you from the spear and that is the hand of God. Eventually you will run away and Trust on the hand that saved you when you where attacked to protect you again 😎😎😎.
